এই প্রদর্শনীতি ডিজেল ইঞ্জিনের কার্যনীতি প্রদর্শন করেন। ডিজেল ইঞ্জিন, কম্প্রেশন –ইগনিশন ইঞ্জিন নামেও পরিচিত, এটি এক প্রকার অন্তর্দাহী ইঞ্জিন যা কম্প্রেশারের তাপ থেকে প্রজ্বলনের মাধ্যমে দহন প্রকোষ্ঠে জ্বালানী দহন শুরু করে। ১৮৯৩ সালে জার্মান প্রকৌশলী রূডলফ ডিজেল কর্তৃক ইঞ্জিটি বিকশিত হয়        

This exhibit demonstrates the working principle of Diesel engine .A diesel engine also known as compression –ignition engine .It is an internal combustion to initiate ignition to burn the fuel, which is injected into the combustion chamber .The engine was developed by a German engineer named Rudolf  Diesel in 1893.
