চট্টগ্রাম টি.এস.পি. ফ্যাক্টরীর মডেল
ঘণীভূত বা ট্রিপল সুপার ফসফেট (টি.এস.পি.) মূলতঃ সার হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়। ফসফেট শিলা ও ফসফরিক এসিড হতে উৎপন্ন টি.এস.পি. একটি কঠিন একক পুষ্টির ফসফেট সার দানাদারকৃত ফসফেট শিলা ২০০ মেশ ৭৫%) এবং ৬২% ফসফরিক এসিড ক্রমাগতভাবে দানাদারকে পাঠান হয়। এখানে বিক্রিয়া শেষ হয় ও উৎপন্নবস্তু দানাদারকৃত হয়। তখন উৎপন্নবস্তু শীতকে প্রেরণ করা হয় এবং সাইক্লোনের মাধ্যমে ক্ষুদ্রতম দানার পুণঃচক্রায়নের পর ফিরিয়ে আনা হয়। পানি প্রয়োগে আদ্রতা ও উষ্ণতা নিয়ন্ত্রণের দ্বারা সঠিক দানাকরণ সম্পন্ন করা হয়। যদি আদ্র H3PO4 ব্যবহার করা হয়, তবে এসিড পূর্ব-উত্তাপকের প্রয়োজন পড়ে। দানাদারকটি একটি বেলনাকার পাত্র। এটা অনুভূমিকভাবে আবর্তন করে। দানাগুলো দানাদারক হতে আবর্তনশীল শীতকে পড়ে এবং বিপরীতমুখী বাতাস প্রবাহের মাধ্যমে শীতলায়ন করা হয়। শীতক খেকে নির্গত গ্যাস সাইক্লোনে প্রভাহিত হয়, সেখানে ধুলিকণা জমা হয় এবং দানাদারকে ফিরে আসে। শীতল উৎপাদিত বস্তুকে চালনে ছেকে গুদামে সংরক্ষণ করা হয় এবং পরে বস্তাজাতকরণের পর সেখান থেকে জাহাজে প্রেরণ করা হয়।
Concentrated or triple super phosphate (TSP) is used exclusively as a fertilizer material. TSP is a solid single-nutrient phosphate fertilizer material produced from phosphate rock and phosphoric acid. Granulated phosphate rock (200 mesh, 75%) and 62% H3PO4 are sent continuously to the granulator. The reaction is completed here and the product is granulated. Then the product is sent to cooler and the granules are retuned back after recycling of smaller particles by cyclone. Correct granulation is performed by adjusting humidity and temperature on application of water. An acid pre-heater is required if humid H3PO4 is used. The granulator is a cylindrical container. It rotates horizontally. The granules fall to the rotaint cooler from the granulator and the cooling is done by the opposed flow of air. The exhausted gas from the cooler flows to the cyclone, dusts are deposited there and run back to the granulator. The cold produced material is filtered by a chalon to preserve in the storage and from then it is sent for shipment after packaging.

মুনীরা সুলতানা এনডিসি, অনানুষ্ঠানিক বিজ্ঞান শিক্ষা কার্যক্রমের মাধ্যমে একটি বিজ্ঞানমনস্ক জাতি গঠনের লক্ষে ৩১ অক্টোবর, ২০২৪খ্রিঃ তারিখে জাতীয় বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তি জাদুঘরের মহাপরিচালক হিসেবে দায়িত্ব গ্রহণ করেন।
তিনি ১৯৯৩ সালে বাংলাদেশ সিভিল সার্ভিস প্রশাসন ক্যাডারে যোগদানের মধ্য দিয়ে কর্মজীবন শুরু করেন। তিনি বেশিরভাগ সময় বিভিন্ন মন্ত্রণালয় ও অধিদপ্তরে এবং মাঠ প্রশাসনে দায়িত্ব পালন করেন। ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে উদ্ভিদবিদ্যা বিভাগ থেকে তিনি স্নাতকোত্তর ডিগ্রি অর্জন করেন। চাকরিতে কর্মরত অবস্থায় তিনি নর্দান ইউনিভার্সিটি, ঢাকা থেকে গভর্নেন্স স্টাডিজ বিষয়ে দ্বিতীয় স্নাতকোত্তর ডিগ্রি অর্জন করেন। তিনি ২০১৮ সালে ন্যাশনাল ডিফেন্স কলেজ থেকে ন্যাশনাল ডিফেন্স কোর্স সাফল্যের সাথে সম্পন্ন করেন।
চাকুরিরত অবস্থায় তিনি দেশে এবং বিদেশে বিভিন্ন পেশাগত প্রশিক্ষণ কোর্স সাফল্যের সাথে সম্পন্ন করেন। একটি বিজ্ঞানমনস্ক জাতি গঠনে এবং সারা দেশে বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তির সুফল ছড়িয়ে দিতে তিনি নিরলস কাজ করে যাচ্ছেন।

Munira Sultana ndc, took charge as Director General of National Museum of Science and Technology on October 31, 2024 with the aim of building a science minded nation through informal science education programs.
She started her carrier in the Bangladesh Civil Service administration cadre in 1993. She served mostly in field administration and different ministries and directorate. She earned her degree of M.Sc. in Botany from the University of Dhaka. While in service, she earned a second Masters degree in Governance Studies from the Northern University, Dhaka. She completed the National Defense Course successfully in 2018 from National Defense College.
She acquired various professional training courses during her service period in home and abroad and keenly interested in building a science minded nation and spread the blessings of Science and Technology across the country.
