সী-ফেদার

সী-ফেদার ইকাইনোডার্মাটা পর্বের ক্রিনইডিয়া শ্রেণীর একটি সামুদ্রিক প্রাণী। এর নাম গ্রিক শব্দ ক্রিনন থেকে এসেছে। তারা ৯০০০মিটারের(৩০,০০০ ফূট) মতো গভীর পানিতে এবং অগভীর উভয় স্থানে বাস করে । প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক  ক্রিনোইডগুলি একটি ডাল দ্বারা সমুদ্রের নীচে সংযুক্ত থাকে,যা সাধারণত সমুদ্রের লিলি নামে পরিচিত।

Sea feather

Crinoids are marine animals that make up the class Crinoidea of the  phylum Echinodermata. The name comes from the Greek word krinon, "a lily", and eidos, "form". They live in both shallow water and in depths as great as 9,000 meters (30,000 ft). Those crinoids which in their adult form are attached to the sea bottom by a stalk are commonly called sea lilies.
