প্রদর্শনীবস্তুটির ঘূর্ণায়মান রিংগুলির দিকে তাকিয়ে থাকলে মনে হবে রিংগুলি একটির উপর আর একটি ঘুরছে।

কারণ: এটি দৃষ্টি বিভ্রমের একটি উদাহরণ। আমাদের চোখে সব সময় একটি রিং এর সাপেক্ষে অপর একটি রিং এর অবস্থান অনুমান  করার চেষ্টা করে। আবার রিংগুলি পরস্পরের সাথে কৌনিক অবস্থানে সংযুক্ত আছে এবং সংযোগ বিন্দুগুলিও ঘুরছে বলে রিংগুলিকে পরস্পরের উপর ঘূর্ণায়মান বলে মনে হয়।

Look   at the rotating   ring and observe that they appear to be rolling   on   each   other continuously. Press the switch to stop rotation. What do you seen   now? This is an optical illusion. Your   eyes continuously assess the   movement of one ring   with   respect   to others .As the rings are at an angle with   each other and as the fixed   joints are also rotating the rings appear to be rolling on each other.
